Tiaoconghui (Scallion-picking gathering) is a traditional "Valentine's Day" for the Miao ethnic group in Baojing county, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, in Hunan province.

Young men and women participate in activities such as picking and exchanging scallions, seeking partners through songs.

The event includes a live cultural performance, Miao song choruses and Miao song challenges. It showcases Miao marriage customs and the charm of intangible cultural heritage in a vivid way, attracting people from various ethnic groups and tourists to join in the romantic gathering.
