Hunan Zhaoke Power New Energy Company was established on Dec 30, 2019, as a key investment attraction project in Huayuan county, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, Hunan province. The park features comprehensive supporting facilities, convenient transportation, and a green environment.

The company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan ($7.38 million) and a planned first-phase investment of 150 million yuan. Equipped with fully automated domestic and imported production lines, Zhaoke Power has a daily capacity to produce 250,000 units of 18,650 cylindrical battery cells. The products are applied in solar street lights, two-wheeled electric vehicles, smart home devices, power tools, children's toys, Bluetooth headsets, and smartphone batteries, as well as extended applications in the military sector. Its business scope covers battery manufacturing and sales, energy storage technology services, sales of specialized electronic materials, and the import and export of goods and technologies.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales of lithium batteries, the company has been recognized as a provincial-level specialized, refined, differential, and innovative (SRDI) "little giant" enterprise in Hunan and a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise. Dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, Zhaoke Power holds 24 patents and was approved to establish a Hunan provincial expert workstation in 2025.

Its flagship products include 18650 and other lithium-ion battery models, serving sectors such as electric vehicles, energy storage, power tools, and military applications. Operating multiple automated production lines in the Huayuan Industrial Development Zone, the company currently produces around 150,000 battery cells daily, with an annual production capacity reaching 1.5 gigawatt-hours (GWh). In 2025, the company achieved sales revenue of approximately 150 million yuan and aims to reach an annual output value of 200 million yuan in 2026.
