The photos taken on Oct 22 show well-arranged stone houses hidden among the mountains and forests in Qixin village at an altitude of over 800 meters in Qianzhou subdistrict, Jishou city.

The village has a long history. Villagers have built their houses with local hard bluestone slabs, and stone tables and grinders can be seen everywhere.

It maintains the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties and has been included in the second batch of traditional Chinese villages.
